EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED!

PER ODP CHAIRWOMAN KATHLEEN CLYDE:

After failing to pass a bipartisan map in September, Ohio Republicans are now required to convene the Ohio Redistricting Commission, and pass a map by October 31st. Instead of doing their jobs, they have continued to stall and have not yet presented a proposed map.

Governor DeWine has called the redistricting commission and the first meeting will be Tuesday, October 21st at 9am. CALL TO ACTION: We need Ohioans to show up to this hearing and demand fair maps. Please share with your members that we need to make our voices heard by getting people to the Statehouse on Tuesday at 9am. Republicans need to know voters want transparency and fairness, not more lies and tricks.

The Democratic Caucus met to ensure our voices are heard on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. This event has been rescheduled – Tuesday, January 27, 2026! Redistricting took up time as we continued to demand fair maps and fair districts. Thank You for understanding the importance of fair congressional districts and we look forward to hosting Chairwoman Clyde in January!
