Interested in running for office? Ohio has over 7,000 races on the ballot in November of 2025. We are working hard to make sure we Contest Every Race and have Democrats on the ballot at all levels of office in all 88 counties.
ODP is hosting a free virtual training on Wednesday, January 29, 2026, at 6:30pm. The training will cover the basics of who should run for office, the realities of campaigning and public service, how to get on the ballot and begin planning your campaign, and how we can help.
