The Ohio Democratic Party is offering a Candidates 101 training session via Zoom. Even if you are remotely thinking about running for an office in the near future – or not so near future, this session is for you!

Have you ever considered running for office? Now, more than ever, we need passionate people to step up and run to represent our communities. We are looking for Democrats to run for national, state and local offices – from the U.S. Congress to township trustee.

Note: The deadline to file petitions for party candidates for the November 2026 General Election is February 4, 2026, at 4pm at the Erie County Board of Elections.
