Sandusky Memorial Day Parade - 2021 - CANCELLED

 Parade celebration has been cancelled for 2021
due to Coronavirus. 

A brief ceremony will take place at 
11:00am in Oakland Cemetery
followed by brief remarks wih
memorial wreaths placed in Veterans Circle
by local veterans organizations followed by
the American Legion Color Guard firing a 
rifle salute and playing taps.
Remembrance will conclude at the
Erie County Veterans Memorial Park at 12noon.
All participants must wear face masks and
maintain social distancing.

Parade Formation:  7:30am-8:45am
Opening Ceremony:  9:00am
Located at the I.F. Mack Building near the campus baseball fields
Parade Step-off:  Immediately following brief Opening Ceremony
Parade Line-up Location:  OVH - enter grounds off of Columbus Avenue
Length of Parade Route:  Approximately one (1) mile
Through the OVH campus, north on Route 250/Milan Road to Oakland Cemetery
